Employee and Subcontractor Time Cards
Create employee and subcontractor time cards in the field and assign the time to specific cost codes and jobs. If a job has been completed, mark it as such and Solstice will generate a reminder in QuickBooks that the job is done and ready to be invoiced.

Invoices
Create time and materials invoices just as you would in QuickBooks. Solstice automatically enters the standard payment terms and tax rate for the customer and the standard prices and tax codes for the individual items. It's easy to override the standard info if necessary.

Check & Credit Card Registers
Do you have a stack of receipts and no idea what they are for or which jobs they go with? Solstice lets you easily keep track of purchases and payments made in the field. Record the vendor, expense or item category, quantity, job, class, and even a memo. Transactions can also be split among multiple jobs and items.

Crew Time Cards
Crew Time CardsAt the Solstice Pro desktop, you can create multiple crews using different combinations of employees. Once a crew exists, a single time card can be created for the entire crew. Solstice takes care of creating each employee's individual time card.

Time Clock
Why try to remember how much time was spent on a job. Simply start the built in time clock when you arrive at the job and clock out when you leave. You can even clock entire crews in and out. Solstice automatically creates all the appropriate time cards, assigning the time to the appropriate job and/or cost code.

Bills
Enter bills directly when there isn't an outstanding purchase order. Just like in QuickBooks, multiple items and expenses can be entered into the bill and each item/expense can be assigned to a specific customer or job.

Inventory Adjustments
Enter inventory items used on a job or do a complete inventory count. Individual item adjustments can be assigned to specific accounts, jobs, and/or classes. Record either the quantity used or a new quantity on hand.

Robust Synchronization

Multiple Companies
Solstice easily handles multiple QuickBooks company files. Simply select an active company and all the fields repopulate with the appropriate data.
