| Save Time with QuickBooks Keyboard Shortcuts |

Using Solstice is a great way to reduce the amount
of time you spend working in QuickBooks. Keyboard
shortcuts can also save time in QuickBooks by
speeding up your navigation and data entry.
Here are some easy keyboard shortcuts to remember
when entering dates.
- Next Day: + (plus key)
- Previous Day: - (minus key)
- Today: TFirst day of the Week: T
- Last day of the weeK: K
- First day of the Month: M
- Last day of the montH: H
- First day of the Year: Y
- Last day of the yeaR: R
- Date calendar: Alt + down arrow

Hard to believe that 2005 is just around the corner.
As usual, the new year brings a new version of
QuickBooks. If you're trying to decide whether to
upgrade, here's some quick links that will show you
what's new in QuickBooks 2005.

| Combine Wi-Fi And Memory In A Single Card |
|
If your Pocket PC doesn't have built in Wi-Fi, you
may be frustrated that your single expansion slot
doesn't allow you to use both a memory card and
Wi-Fi card at the same time.
Sandisk recently debuted a new product that solves
this problem. Their new card combines flash memory
and 802.11b wireless communications in a single 256
MB SD card.
Look for SanDisk's Connect 256MB + WiFi SD card at
your local electronics retailer or on Amazon.com.

| Shortcut For Entering Uppercase Characters |

Here's an easy way to speed up data entry on your
Pocket PC's soft keyboard.
To enter an uppercase character, tap and hold on
the character that you want to enter in uppercase,
and then slide the stylus upwards. This also works on
the number row to access punctuation symbols. For
instance, slide the stylus up on "4" to enter "$".

If you haven't looked at
Solstice in a while, now is a great time to do it.
With the latest release, we've added two of our most
requested features: invoicing and subcontractor
time cards.
Now available in Standard and Pro Editions, Solstice
3.5 includes the new Solstice Data Manager (SDM) for greatly
improved synchronization with QuickBooks.
