Solstice Subscription
The Solstice™ Subscription provides the post-purchase
security of live technical support and complete product upgrades.
With
the subscription,
you receive:
- Unlimited phone support on Solstice handheld
and desktop applications. Phone support is only available
with the subscription.
- Free product upgrades, both major and minor, within your
current product edition (i.e. Standard or Pro). Without the Subscripton
Service, software upgrades are priced at the time of release.
- Immediate access to product enhancements and new features.
Without the subscription, you
will
need
to wait till the next full version release
to get any upgrades.
- Priority feature request*. While feedback from all our
customers is important to us, we pay special attention to
the requests
of subscribers.
Details
A 30 day subscription is included with the purchase of Solstice.
Purchasing the subscription with the product extends that
subscription an extra year (13 months total). Subscriptions
may be purchased at any time for a term of one year.
If you have multiple handheld licenses, a subscription is
required for each license. You can not have a mix of licenses
with and without subscriptions.
Pricing
Solstice: one year subscriptions are $49 per license.
Solstice Pro: the first subscription, covering both the desktop
application and one handheld, is $149. Subscriptions for additional handhelds
are $70 each.
